During my recent Easter getaway to Boutique Hotel Piazza Grande in Locarno, I was utterly enchanted by the warm hospitality and outstanding amenities. The reception staff, especially the lovely Lara, made me feel right at home, assisting with everything from organizing our Ticino tickets to anticipating our needs for a kettle and dietary preferences-her customer service truly elevated our stay. Our twin room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring air conditioning, a fridge, and a spacious layout, making it perfect for both relaxation and gentle work sessions between yoga classes. Each morning's continental breakfast was a delightful start, allowing us to enjoy the views of the vibrant plaza while sampling local delights. When traveling with friends, the hotel's communal spirit shines through, especially with options for large terrace rooms-imagine evenings filled with laughter and good conversation against the backdrop of the beautiful Old Town. Ultimately, Boutique Hotel Piazza Grande embodies what I cherish about eco-friendly travel: seamless comfort, a welcoming atmosphere, and the promise of rejuvenation at every turn. I wished I could stay longer!
